Job summary

Spaulding Rehabilitation Cape Cod is seeking a Per Diem Phlebotomist to collect and process blood specimens in a hospital setting on Cape Cod. This role supports inpatient and outpatient services and works closely with the phlebotomy team and Epic workflow.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma, 1–2 years inpatient phlebotomy experience, and preferred phlebotomy certification. Per Diem schedule with weekend coverage and variable hours.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in inpatient phlebotomy; 1-2 years preferred.
• Phlebotomy Certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process blood specimens from patients for laboratory testing.
• Provide phlebotomy training, product evaluation and new application implementation on request.
• Demonstrate venipuncture, heel stick, and specimen handling procedures.
• Collaborate with the phlebotomy team and hospital staff.
