The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking an Advanced Pharmacy Technician to join the Inpatient Pharmacy team in Houston. You will assist in medication preparation, distribution, and inventory management, while maintaining high accuracy and safety standards.

This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus a Pharmacy technician certificate or Associate's Degree. The position supports training and competency development and participates in QA processes with a focus

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Certificate from an accredited Pharmacy technician training program.
• Associate's Degree.

Mansioni

• Participate in and support medication preparation, distribution, compounding, and inventory management.
• Maintain proficiency within assigned pharmacy area, meeting accuracy, quality, and productivity standards.
• Develop and deliver employee training programs and competency assessments.
• Demonstrate accountability and ownership in completing duties and projects.
• Maintain understanding of workflows within specialized pharmacy areas.
• Complete QA and productivity reports accurately and on time.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive corrective actions.
