Qualifications

• Top candidates have inpatient pharmacy experience, IV compounding skills, and familiarity with Omnicell.

Responsibilities

• Assists the pharmacist in collecting clinical and other patient information and maintaining appropriate records.
• Utilizes pharmacy technology to prepare medication orders for dispensing and performs calculations.
• Attains appropriate supervision and accuracy checks by the pharmacist(s).
• Verifies and monitors controlled substance inventories and 340B/Charging management as required.
• Communicates with caregivers regarding responsibilities and participates in quality and patient safety initiatives.
