- Current knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding pharmacy practice.
Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacist in collecting clinical and patient information and maintaining records.
- Prepare medication orders for dispensing and compound medications per protocol.
- Ensure supervision checks and verify tasks with pharmacists when required.
- Maintain medication supplies and manage controlled substance inventories.
- Communicate with caregivers and participate in quality and patient safety initiatives.
