Job summary

Intermountain Health's St. Mary’s Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado seeks an Inpatient Pharmacy Technician to join a growing program. You will support daily operations, prepare prescriptions, coordinate medication access, and collaborate with pharmacists and technicians to enhance patient care within a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

Inpatient pharmacy experience preferred.
IV compounding skills required.
Familiarity with Omnicell systems.

Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists in collecting patient information and maintaining records.
Prepare medication orders for dispensing and perform compounding as appropriate.
Ensure appropriate supervision and pharmacist verification for tasks.
Maintain controlled substance inventories and 340B/charging management.
Communicate with caregivers and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
