Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist with clinical information and record maintenance.
• Prepare medication orders and perform compounding per policy.
• Ensure supervision and accuracy checks by pharmacists.
• Maintain controlled substance inventories and 340B/charging management.
• Communicate concerns and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
