Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacy Technician for St. Mary’s Regional Hospital, Grand Junction, CO. The role supports daily operations, prepares prescriptions, coordinates medication access, and helps ensure safe drug therapy for hospitalized patients.

Responsibilities include assisting pharmacists, using Omnicell and DoseEdge systems, and maintaining accurate records. New grads welcome; schedule includes day/evening shifts with rotation.”

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current pharmacy technician certification and/or license applicable to state of practice.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing pharmacy practice and drug distribution.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in collecting clinical and patient information and maintaining records per regulations.
• Use pharmacy technology to prepare medication orders and compound as required.
• Obtain supervision and verification from pharmacists when needed.
