Job summary

HealthPartners in Minnesota is hiring an Inpatient Pharmacy Manager to develop and oversee inpatient pharmacy services across the hospital, partnering with Clinical Pharmacy, Nursing, and Medication Safety to deliver safe, high-quality care.

The role ensures operations meet legal and accreditation standards, leads policy development, and manages staff, workflow, and budgets to support patient care and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Pharm.D. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• 5–8 years of health-system pharmacy experience.
• Minnesota pharmacist licensure.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages inpatient pharmacy services across the hospital.
• Maintains operations and all policies and procedures for inpatient pharmacy services.
• Ensures compliance with legal, accreditation, and certification standards.
