Qualifications

• Pharmacy licensure in Minnesota current or within three months of hire.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from ACPE-accredited institution, preferred.
• Three years' experience as a pharmacist in a health-system; PGY1/PGY2 pediatrics preferred.
• BLS certification current or within three months of hire.
• ACPE-credentialed education or foreign-equivalent with FPGEE/FPGEC.
• Strong leadership and management competencies essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-level strategic clinical leadership for pediatric pharmacy services.
• Lead, develop, and support clinical pharmacists, residents, and staff.
• Establish and maintain pediatric pharmacy standards aligned with regulations.
• Oversee clinical pharmacy services to align with workflows and informatics.
• Drive quality improvement, safety, and research in pediatric pharmacotherapy.
• Collaborate with executives and multidisciplinary teams to support system priorities.
