Job summary

Connections Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Inpatient Clinical Pharmacy Manager for a hospital in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have a PharmD or equivalent, PGY1 residency, and 3–5 years of pharmacist experience with 3+ years in leadership, including direct reports, in a 24/7 hospital setting.

Responsibilities include developing clinical workflows, leading teams, and aligning with hospital leadership to improve pharmaceutical care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Pharmacy or equivalent with PGY1 residency at time of hire.
• Minimum three years as Pharmacist/Intern, or five years with direct reports.
• Must have at least 3 years of direct report experience and ICU/ER exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach pharmacy staff; manage performance and succession planning.
• Oversee multiple pharmacy teams to meet operational goals and regulatory standards.
• Drive drug use management initiatives and collaboration with hospital leadership.
• Ensure quality and regulatory compliance across inpatient pharmacy operations.
