Job summary

Connections Healthcare Staffing seeks an Inpatient Clinical Pharmacy Manager for a hospital in Seattle, WA. Must hold a Doctorate of Pharmacy with PGY1 residency and 3–5 years of pharmacist leadership, including direct reports, plus ICU/ER experience.

Ideal candidate will drive clinical workflows, collaborate with medical leadership, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance across inpatient services. Relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 may be available.

Qualifications

• Must have a Doctorate of Pharmacy or equivalent degree and PGY1 residency at hire.
• Minimum 3 years as Pharmacist/Intern; or 5 years with direct reports experience.
• Washington Pharmacist license required at hire; NPI within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead inpatient pharmacy operations in a 24/7 hospital setting.
• Develop, implement, and maintain clinical workflows with hospital leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality of pharmaceutical care across units.
• Provide strategic oversight and mentorship to pharmacists, interns, and technicians.
