Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's of Science degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Two years of Pharmacist or Clinical Pharmacist experience.
• Texas State Board of Pharmacy license within 90 days of job entry (preferred).
• ACLS/BLS certification within 90 days if in specified departments.
