Formación
- Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an accredited college of pharmacy.
- Pharmacist licensure in Texas within 90 days of entry; ACLS/BLS certifications may be required for certain departments.
Responsabilidades
- Supervise staff to ensure safe medication preparation and distribution; oversee staffing and scheduling.
- Interviewing, onboarding, and training of new staff; conduct performance evaluations.
- Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives; ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with nursing and other departments to improve service delivery; promote staff development.
