Job summary

Great Bay Staffing Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work across inpatient and outpatient settings in the Finger Lakes region of NY. You will treat patients across a full continuum, with a direct hire arrangement and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Eligible for New York State licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and build individualized treatment plans based on physician prescriptions.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and clinical reports accurately and on time.
• Coordinate regularly with physicians and the broader care team on patient progress.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home strategies.
• Mentor and direct support staff involved in patient care.
• Maintain therapy equipment and help expand speech therapy services.
• Participate in in-services, committees, and ongoing professional development.
• Provide age-appropriate care across the full patient population.
