Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university approved by the AOTA.

Responsibilities

• Implements an individualized treatment plan using evidence-based therapy techniques and provides instructions to patients and families.
• Maintains documentation in the medical record including evaluations, treatment notes, and discharge summaries.
• Completes billing documents and contributes to financial stewardship of department.
