Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to evaluate, plan, and administer evidence-based OT services for patients with physical disabilities. You will develop and update care plans, collaborate with the care team, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• MS/PhD in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and design evidence-based OT treatment plans.
• Provide and document therapy sessions and progress notes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care team for discharge planning.
• Supervise therapy assistants and support staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and billing in accordance with policies.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and departmental meetings.
