The role reports to senior leadership and drives regulatory compliance, service quality, and staff development in a behavioral health setting. The position requires a Master's degree in social work, counseling, human services, and relevant licensure plus several years of management experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead programmatic and administrative operations for all inpatient services.
• Provide support to the Executive Director of Inpatient Services/Program Directors and other management to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Promote an atmosphere of customer service, professionalism, and excellence in behavioral health services; ensure safe and dignified facilities.
• Represent Spectrum Health Systems to markets served and foster positive public relations for the organization.
• Work hours as needed to meet business needs, including overtime beyond 40 hours per week.
