Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant for inpatient care in the United States. This 12-hour night shift position offers a 36-hour week and a salary range of $16.50–$24.00 per hour.

The NA team supports RN/LPN staff and assists with daily living activities, vital signs, and basic care to patients. High school diploma or GED is preferred; CNA certification is favored, with registry requirements in ND/MN/WI as applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• CNA certification is preferred.
• Must participate in required registries if applicable in ND, MN or WI.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care including bathing, grooming, feeding and daily living activities.
• Record vital statistics and basic health information accurately.
• Assist with patient transfers and ambulation as directed.
• Perform scheduling/documentation clerical tasks for patient care.
• Maintain clean patient areas and medical equipment; dispose of waste per policy.
• Provide one-on-one patient assistance when needed for safety.
