Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides basic health care and daily living activities to residents.
• Assists residents with transferring, repositioning, and mobility with proper techniques.
• Completes tasks related to food preparation and dining to create a positive dining experience.
• Documents resident interactions, care outcomes, and vital signs as needed.
• Communicates changes in resident condition to the charge nurse promptly.
• Performs housekeeping and laundry services to keep living areas clean and operational.
