Job summary

Sanford Health, Marsh Med Ctr Weston in Weston, WI is seeking a Nursing Assistant for the 12 Hour Night Shift. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week with a salary range of $18.00-$24.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

The Nursing Assistant delivers patient-centered care under RN/LPN supervision, assists with bathing, grooming, feeding and mobility, records vitals, and helps prepare treatment areas and equipment to support patient recovery and comfort.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred.
• If working in ND or MN and not a CNA, must be on NA Registry as Nursing Assistant through the North Dakota Dept. of Health or through the Minnesota Dept. of Health within four months from the date of hire.
• If working in Wisconsin, must be on the Wisconsin Nurse Aid Registry with current work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a RN or LPN.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, eating, meal preparation and dining needs.
• Record vital statistics and other basic health information.
• Prepare patient treatment areas and clean equipment; dispose of biomedical waste per policy.
• Provide one-on-one care to patients when necessary for safe care.
