Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred; maintains required competencies.
• If working in ND or MN, must be on NA Registry within four months from hire.
• Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry with current work eligibility required or student nurse with clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care under RN/LPN supervision.
• Assist with daily living activities: bathing, grooming, toileting, eating, meal prep.
• Record vital signs and basic health information.
• Prepare patient treatment areas and clean equipment.
• Provide one-on-one patient care when necessary for safety.

Education

High school graduate or GED

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred

ND or MN NA Registry if applicable

Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry eligibility
