Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology with plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• US medical license (Indiana) and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality inpatient obstetric and gynecological care, including labor management and deliveries.
• Work a predictable schedule of 144 hours per month (1,728 hours per year).
• Manage phone availability aligned with hospitalist shifts.
• Utilize EPIC EMR with AI features for documentation and workflows.
• Lead obstetric emergencies and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team.
