UC San Diego Health is seeking a Night Pharmacist to join the Inpatient Pharmacy team at East Campus. The role supports profile review, pharmacokinetics, dosing, reconciliation, and chemotherapy order review while precepting Skaggs School students and UCSD Pharmacy residents.

Hours are 7 days on/off with holidays, in a dynamic clinical, teaching, and research environment. Strong emphasis on patient outcomes and collaboration with the Beacon EMR system is required.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Pharmacy degree or equivalent clinical experience.
• Registered Pharmacist in California (RPH).
• Pharmacy residency or equivalent clinical experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide medications and medication-related services to inpatients according to pharmacy standards.
• Engage in profile review, pharmacokinetics, dosing, medication reconciliation, and chemotherapy order review.
• Precept pharmacy students and residents; support investigational drug activities.

Formation

Doctorate of Pharmacy degree or equivalent clinical experience
