Qualifications

• Review clinical documentation to identify ICD-10-CM/PCS codes for inpatient charts across facilities.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure full capture of the medical record for correct DRG classification.
• Maintain quality and production goals with guidance from senior coding staff.

Responsibilities

• Identify appropriate DRG based on insurance and medical coding needs.
