Summa Health is seeking a board-certified/eligible Hospice & Palliative Medicine physician to join our team on the Akron Hospital Campus. The role centers on inpatient care with potential outpatient duties, in a large, integrated system.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible in Hospice & Palliative Medicine.
• Fellowship-trained in Hospice & Palliative Medicine.
• Current Ohio license or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient hospice/palliative care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (pain, nurses, social workers, spiritual care).
• Teach and mentor residents and medical students; participate in education programs.
