Job summary

Mercor is seeking practicing hospitalists to review and annotate inpatient documentation for AI-driven clinical tools. This role requires ongoing inpatient work, multilingual proficiency at advanced levels, and careful evaluation of AI-generated notes against standard hospital documentation.

You will provide structured feedback and contribute to annotation guidelines, with a remote, part-time schedule designed around an active clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Active inpatient clinical documentation experience (H&Ps, progress notes, discharge summaries).
• Advanced multilingual skills (English + another language at C1+).
• Ability to annotate and provide structured feedback for AI-generated notes.

Responsibilities

• Review inpatient documentation for accuracy and clinical soundness.
• Annotate encounter data against guidelines; flag omissions/hallucinations.
• Provide structured feedback to engineering/product teams and refine guidelines.
