Job summary

112 North Carolina Baptist Hospital is seeking a Resource Registered Nurse to join the Wake Resource Team. The role requires floating to Baptist, Wilkes, Hugh Chatham and Alleghany facilities and delivering evidence-based nursing care within a 36-hour work week.

The position is full-time with benefits eligible and a pay range of $38.20–$57.30 per hour. Ideal candidates hold an RN license with BLS and have the ability to work across units, maintain safety standards, and support quality

Qualifications

• RN license required
• Active BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Float to Baptist, Wilkes, Hugh Chatham & Alleghany as needed
• Engage in nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate patient care
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation
• Adhere to ANA Code of Ethics and ensure safe, unbiased patient care
