Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a Resource Registered Nurse to float among Wake's facilities within defined zones. The position is full-time (36 hours per week) with benefits eligibility and a focus on delivering evidence-based nursing care.

The incumbent will engage in governance, quality initiatives, and continuous professional development while adhering to safety standards and patient-centered care principles.

• Upholds and promotes a culture of safety.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
