Job summary
Advocate Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as an inpatient hospital float. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with weekend and holiday rotation, and a premium incentive after orientation.
You will float between Med/Surg, Stepdown, Same Day Surgery, and assist in the Emergency Department to support patient care where it’s needed most.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited nursing program.
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
- BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS to be obtained.
Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care via nursing process.
- Lead with evidence-based practice to ensure safety and quality care.
