Aurora Medical Center Grafton is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Inpatient Float Pool. The role supports a 0.9 FTE schedule with a night shift from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, and offers flexibility in self-scheduling across units within one facility.

Requirements include an accredited nursing program completion, an RN license for Wisconsin, and 1–2 years of med/surg experience; BLS is required. This benefits-eligible position promises cross-training and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which practicing.
• One to two years of med/surg nursing experience preferred.
• New Graduates with strong acute care CNA or Nurse Extern experience may be considered.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
