Job summary

Aurora Medical Center - Grafton is seeking an experienced RN to join the Inpatient Float Pool. You will rotate across units to deliver coordinated nursing care, flexibly scheduling shifts and supporting med/surg, progressive care, observation, and potentially ED/ICU needs.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited nursing program credential, an RN license for the state, 1–2 years med/surg experience, and BLS. This full-time role offers benefits including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state of practice.
• 1–2 years med/surg nursing experience preferred.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
