Job summary

Aurora Medical Center - Grafton is seeking an experienced RN to join the inpatient float pool. You will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care across med/surg, progressive care, observation, and other units as needed.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in med/surg, a valid RN license in Wisconsin, and BLS certification. This is a benefits-eligible, on-site role with flexible self-scheduling and opportunities for cross-training within the facility.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• RN license valid in the state where you practice.
• 1–2 years of med/surg nursing experience preferred.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (American Heart Association).

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Utilize evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and communication to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience.
