Job summary

Aurora Health Care North, Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Hospital Float to support multiple departments.

You will float between Med/Surg, Stepdown, Same Day Surgery, and assist in the Emergency Department, delivering coordinated nursing care and promoting patient safety. Orientation followed by a float premium, with opportunities to expand clinical skills and impact outcomes across the hospital.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS and PALS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.

Education

Completion of accredited nursing program

Registered Nurse license (state of practice)
