• Maintains up-to-date documentation of nursing care for the healthcare team.
• Completes initial patient admission assessment and develops a care plan.
• Implements plan of care and nursing interventions.
• Modifies plan of care to ensure patient and staff safety.
• Communicates with team to resolve issues.
• Precepts staff and coordinates care across disciplines.
