Qualifications

• Two years of clinical nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and updates orientation pathways for each role.
• Coordinates orientation and preceptor schedules; monitors progress and improvement.
• Teaches and develops staff for centralized courses and education activities.
• Assesses knowledge gaps and compliance with training requirements.
• Collaborates with leaders to develop developmental plans and educational offerings.
• Supports unit-based clinical experiences and integrates findings into education programs.
