Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an Inpatient RN to provide direct patient care in multiple dialysis modalities across assigned hospital facilities in New Jersey. You will collaborate with physicians, ICU staff, and PCTs to ensure high-quality care and patient safety, including CRRT and apheresis services. On-call rotation is required.

The role requires active RN licensure, at least 1 year of RN experience with nephrology, and BLS; ACLS preferred. Travel between facilities is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• One year RN experience required
• Minimum 6 months nephrology experience required
• BLS CPR certification required
• ACLS CPR certification preferred
• ICU experience preferred
• Certification in Nephrology Nursing or Apheresis encouraged

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across dialysis modalities (HD, PD, CRRT, Apheresis)
• Supervise PCTs and clerical staff; educate ICU staff for CRRT
• Document patient treatment in ACES/hospital records
• Communicate with physicians and nursing staff to coordinate care
• Deliver reports and updates during shifts; adjust plan per physician orders
• Maintain safety, equipment checks, and dialysis machine testing
