Fresenius Medical Care in Simi Valley, CA seeks an Inpatient RN to provide direct patient care across dialysis modalities in an inpatient setting. The role includes supervising technicians, coordinating with ICU staff, and documenting treatment responses per hospital policy.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of RN experience, state licensure, and nephrology-related credentials are encouraged. Strong communication and safety mindset are essential.

Competenze

• One year RN experience required with nursing skills.
• ICU experience preferred but not required.
• Successful completion of Nurses Technical Training is expected.

Mansioni

• Under limited supervision, provides direct patient care in multiple dialysis modalities including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis.
• Supervises Patient Care Technicians and clerical staff; educates ICU staff for CRRT.
• Delivers care in inpatient renal replacement and apheresis settings per physician orders.
• Documents treatment and patient responses in ACES and hospital records; communicates issues to supervisors.
• Maintains dialysis equipment safety checks and reports any problems.
• Participates in staff meetings and training; supports hospital staff with dialysis-related patient care.
