Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an Inpatient Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care across dialysis modalities in a hospital setting. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and PCTs to deliver high-quality renal replacement therapies and CRRT indications.

You will document patient progress, adjust treatment per orders, and participate in shift reporting. Strong nephrology experience and RN licensure are required, with BLS and ICU exposure valued.

Qualifications

• One year RN experience required.
• Minimum 6 months nephrology experience before independent work.
• ICU experience preferred but not required.
• BLS CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Demonstrates strong assessment and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in multiple dialysis modalities (HD, PD, CRRT, Apheresis).
• Supervise and educate PCTs and clerical staff; coordinate with ICU staff for CRRT.
• Document treatment in ACES/hospital records; ensure timely shift reports.
• Assess patient responses and adjust treatments per physician orders.
• Ensure safety and proper use of dialysis equipment and supplies.
