Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Inpatient RN to provide direct patient care across dialysis modalities in a hospital setting. The role involves collaborating with hospital staff, supervising technicians, and ensuring accurate documentation of treatments and patient responses.

The position requires a valid RN license, 1 year of RN experience, and nephrology exposure. Strong assessment skills, on-call duties, and travel between facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• One year RN experience required.
• Minimum 6 months nephrology experience required before working independently.
• BLS CPR recognition required; ACLS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care across modalities including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis.
• Supervise and educate Patient Care Technicians and ICU staff for CRRT.
• Document treatments and patient responses; adjust plans with physician approval.
• Collaborate with physicians and hospital team to coordinate daily care.
• Perform safety checks, machine calibration, and adherence to policies.
