Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Inpatient RN to provide direct patient care across dialysis modalities in the hospital setting. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating with physicians, and ensuring safe, effective treatment delivery.

Travel between assigned hospitals is required. A minimum of 1 year RN experience with nephrology exposure, BLS, and favorable ACLS is preferred. State licensure must be current.

Qualificações

• One year RN experience required.
• Minimum 6 months nephrology experience.
• BLS CPR required.
• ACLS CPR preferred.
• Current state RN licensure.
• Nephrology/Dialysis training encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care across dialysis modalities (hemodialysis, peritoneal, CRRT, Apheresis).
• Supervise Patient Care Technicians and clerical staff; educate ICU staff for CRRT.
• Document care in patient records and ICU/nursing reports.
• Ensure safety and efficient treatment delivery; monitor patient responses.
• Coordinate with physicians and hospital staff to adjust care plans.
