Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Inpatient RN CAP 2 to provide comprehensive nephrology nursing care. The role involves coordination, teaching, and leadership within the patient care team at a Langhorne, PA area hospital.

You will perform assessments, plan and implement care, document progress, and participate in CAP development to advance your practice. On-site with on-call responsibilities and a strong teamwork focus.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Pennsylvania (state licensure required).
• CPR BLS Certification required/active.
• Experience in nephrology or dialysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Document patient data and adjust treatment plans; notify physicians as indicated.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and treatment procedures.
• Lead and mentor staff, participate in quality improvement and ensure policy compliance.
