Job summary

Saint Clare’s Health is seeking a Dialysis Coordinator (RN) to deliver safe patient care in the Inpatient Renal Care Unit. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, directing patient/family teaching and coordinating with the medical team to monitor patient status.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS certification, and nephrology nursing knowledge; in-patient hemodialysis experience is strongly preferred. Full-time days schedule with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Maintains knowledge in nephrology advancements, especially inpatient.
• Certification in Nephrology Nursing or Apheresis Nursing encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process in the Inpatient Renal Care Unit.
• Direct patient care within scope of practice and supervise others.
• Provide patient/family teaching and activities of nursing staff.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians and document appropriately.
