Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Inpatient RN CAP 2 in Saint Augustine, FL to participate in the Clinical Advancement Program. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for an assigned group of patients and may delegate duties to RNs, LVNs/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians while contributing to quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Current active state RN licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years nephrology nursing experience in the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent inpatient care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Delegate appropriate tasks to direct care staff (RNs, LVN/LPNs, PCTs) per policy.
• Participate in teaching, leadership functions and quality improvement activities.
