Job summary

Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Clinical Coordinator RN for inpatient dialysis. Full-time, primarily day shift, with variable hours within the U.S. healthcare setting.

You will employ advanced nursing processes, assess patients, coordinate care with physicians and staff, and drive quality and safety initiatives in the department. Strong leadership and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Minimum of 3 years of RN experience required.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Virginia required.
• AHA BLS-HCP certification required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes advanced nursing processes in clinical decision-making and care coordination.
• Provides direct and indirect patient care and oversees delivery within the department.
• Coordinates interdisciplinary care plans and ensures alignment with guidelines and goals.
• Maintains accurate documentation and supports quality and performance improvement initiatives.
