Job summary

DaVita in Wilson, NC is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. You will oversee treatment, guide clinical staff, and ensure high standards of care and safety.

The role requires an active RN license and CPR certification, 18+ months RN experience including dialysis, and ADN with BSN preferred. You’ll supervise RNs, PCTs, and coordinate patient care plans in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and CPR certification are required.
• Minimum 18 months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis.
• Charge RN readiness approval is required.
• ADN is required; BSN preferred.
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred.
• CNN/CDN certification is a plus.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook).
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes.
