CP01 Carilion Medical Center is looking for a Clinical Coordinator for RN managing a CRRT program with Inpatient Dialysis. This full-time role focuses on advanced nursing processes to improve patient care quality and efficiency.

Clinical Coordinator opportunity for RN managing a CRRT program with Inpatient Dialysis. Full time, primarily day shift. The Clinical Coordinator uses advanced nursing processes in decision‑making, patient assessment, data analysis, development, and implementation of methods and systems to improve the overall quality and efficiency of patient care for the designated department and population served. Provides direct and indirect patient care as needed; oversees the delivery of patient care; and provides day‑to‑day management of programs to coordinate patient care as designated by the department.
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of RN experience required. Experience in a relevant specialty or department preferred, as defined by the department.
Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Virginia required. AHA BLS‑HCP certification required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire. Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, CCRN, ONC, Pain Management, or other specialty certifications) may be required based on department.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Valid driver’s license required for roles involving travel, such as Home Health. Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. Demonstrated critical thinking, conflict resolution, organizational, and effective judgment abilities. Ability to complete orientation and competency validation requirements. Must be able to meet essential job functions. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other third-party payor regulations may be required based on department. De‑escalation training must be successfully completed within one year of hire and maintained thereafter.
Compensation Range: $69,721.60 – $104,582.40. Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
