Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse to join the Clinical Advancement Program for inpatient dialysis care. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for assigned patients and coordinate with RNs, LVN/LPNs, and patient care technicians to ensure safe, effective treatment.

The role requires nursing degree, state RN licensure, CPR/BLS, and willingness to travel between facilities and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Must meet practice requirements in states of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent nursing care for assigned patients.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care and education.
• Collaborate with RNs, LVN/LPNs and technicians to ensure safe dialysis delivery.
• Document data and modify treatment plans as indicated, notifying physicians as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and staff training.
• Travel between facilities and participate in on-call rotations including nights/weekends/holidays.
