Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an RN CAP 2 for inpatient care, with oversight of dialysis patients and coordination of care. The role includes assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for a patient group, and may involve delegation to RNs, LVNs/LPNs and patient care techs.

The candidate will participate in education, teaching, and performance improvement, with on-call and travel required between facilities as needed.

Formación

• Current appropriate state licensure.
• 6 months experience in acute dialysis as an RN.
• Entry level for RNs with minimum 2 years of nephrology nursing experience in the last 2 years.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Document patient data and adjust treatment plans as indicated.
• Lead, mentor and coach new and incumbent staff and participate in quality improvement activities.
