Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure in applicable state(s).
• CPR/BLS Certification required or must be completed successfully.

• Performs essential nursing functions under supervision and with educator guidance.
• Assesses and documents patient data before, during, and after treatment; adjusts plan as needed.
• Educates patients and families about care and procedures.
• Directs safe patient care for assigned patients and coordinates with care team.
• Communicates with dialysis providers and facility staff to ensure continuity of care.
