Job summary

Under supervision, you will document patient data, participate in education, and collaborate with the health care team to ensure safe, effective dialysis treatment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties under supervision and with Educator, Preceptor or in collaboration with another RN.
• Collects and analyzes patient data pre-, during-, post-treatment and updates the medical record.
• Provides patient and family education and participates in care planning and coordination.
